Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Intensive, June - Early Bird
Rapidly expanding research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, less anxiety, depression and stress, maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and satisfying personal relationships.
Each morning begins with a simple mindfulness meditation or breath technique and is followed by an all-levels asana class with Christina Sell to help participants stay grounded physically and emotionally. Afternoons will explore the basic principles and practices of MSC, how they relate to yogic study and practice and how we can integrate them into our lives and even share them with others.
