Immersion Studies Part 1: Aligning the Body, Mind, Heart & Spirit
This two-part immersion is designed with the seasoned practitioner and/or teacher in mind who wants to develop a deeper understanding of themselves in and through the practices and principles of yoga. Immersion Studies Part 1 will focus on creating a foundational overview of yoga philosophy, anatomy and alignment in asana and will introduce students to a mantra, pranayama and simple meditation techniques. If you have wanted to expand your practice beyond the typical asana class and dive deeper into both theory and practice, this Immersion is for you. Each day will incorporate time for contemplation, asana practice, anatomical and philosophical studies to help you learn and grow in physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually.
