Intensives are an excellent way to deepen your practice, to hone your teaching skills and to renew your commitment to yourself and your growth. The following intensives will be held in Nathrop, Colorado at the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort. Nestled at the base of the 14,000 foot mountain, Mt. Princeton, this resort provides ample opportunity for you to experience the healing power of nature, yoga and good company in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable.
Combined, the following intensives form the backbone of Christina Sell's 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training. Individually, these intensives provide seasoned students and teachers a way to continue their education in an inspiring, down-to-earth, and collegial environment. Practitioners from various yoga trainings and backgrounds will benefit from Christina's non-dogmatic, open-minded approach to learning, practice and teaching.
