Asana Junkies is NOT about hard poses! Asana Junkies is about advancing your practice from where it is now to the next reasonable stage of expression given your interest, capacity and ability. Advanced asana practice is not a requirement. The only requirement is a love of yoga, a desire to learn and grow, and the willingness to honor and challenge your limits intelligently.
COURSE OUTLINE AND DESCRIPTION- 6 Weeks to Better Arm Balances
This session of Asana Junkies is devoted to Arm Balancing Postures. Arm balances require a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, tenacity and humor. We will work on the component parts and key actions of these very challenging postures
Week #1—vasisthasana variations
Week #2—lolasana, eka hasta bhujasana, dwi hasta bhujnasana, bhujapidasana, astavakrasana
Week #3—handstand, pinca mayurasana, mayurasana, eka hasta mayurasana
Week #4—bakasana, parsva bakasana, dwi pada koundinyasana, eka pada koundinyasan
Week #5—visvamitrasana, eka pada bakasana, tittibhasana
Week #6—eka pada galavasana, kukkutasana, padma mayurasana, kasyapasana
You do not need an advanced practice, however, you will need curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor to benefit from this course!

We have created an honor-based sliding scale to accommodate different budgets and to make the teachings available to as many people as possible. All tiers have access to the same information and resources. The only difference is the tuition you chose to pay.
